Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.

– Record Keeping:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
– Ensure all documentation is properly filed and easily accessible.
– Communication:
– Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel.
– Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
– Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
– Event Coordination:
– Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
