5 - Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver to the address provided at checkout;
- Estimated delivery times are displayed on the product or checkout page. Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
6 - Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 03 days of receiving it, in accordance with Cape Verde consumer law.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging and returned at your expenses unless the item is faulty;
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Exclusions: Custom, Digital and perishable goods are non-returnable unless defective.
