1 - Right to Cancel
In Cap Verde you have the legal right to cancel your order.
- To exercise your right, please notify us at info@simply.cv with your order details;
- You must return the goods to us at your expense within 7 days of notifying us;
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods.
2 - Conditions for Returns
For your return to be accepted:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them;
- Returns must include the receipt or proof of purchase;
- We cannot accept returns for:
- Digital downloads or software once accessed or downloaded;
- Perishable or personalized/custom items;
- Items marked as “Final Sale“.
3 - Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method;
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect;
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4 - Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@simply.cv.
5 - Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
